Agenda
1 DAY Web Express workshop typical agenda looks like this:
- 7:00 AM - e-Focus Prayer Meeting - Come and join us as we start our day in prayer asking that the Lord bless the event and the business or organization of all those attending.
- 7:30 AM - Registration and Networking
- 8:00 AM - Basic Web Site Strategy and Planning (Prior to the workshop all attendees will be sent the e-Business Planning Template and are required to come to the workshop with prepared objectives and content draft on disk or CD.)
- 9:00 AM - Building the Web Site Session 1 - In this session we set up your hosting and web site account, register or transfer your domain, set-up your e-mail accounts and select your web site look and feel.
- 10:30 AM - Break
- 10:45 AM - Building the Web Site Session 2 - We spend the rest of the morning training and assisting you on how to customize your site layout, complete the site map and create pages and prepare for building individual pages.
- 12:00 PM - Lunch
- 1:00 PM - Building the Web Site Session 3 - Attendees now are given the next two hours to place content, images and links into the basic web site pages.
- 3:00 PM - Questions and Answers
- 3:30 PM - Break
- 3:45 PM - e-Marketing and e-Newsletters - In the final hour of the workshop we actually set-up the account and create your first online newsletter for the business or organization. Then we send it out to your e-mail list. (Prior to the workshop all attendees will be sent the e-Mail Marketing Planning Template and are required to come to the workshop with prepared objectives, draft of articles and e-mail list on disk or CD.)
- 5:00 PM - Workshop Ends - The instructor will stay around for an hour to answer individual questions.
